Kalispel Linen Services (KLS) was founded in 2012 to overcome a challenge. Prior to that time, the Kalispel Tribe’s main business, Northern Quest Resort & Casino, was using third-party vendors for its linen cleaning services. We experienced a high volume of damaged linens, and unreliable and inconsistent levels of service. Linen replacement costs were breaking the bank! Northern Quest needed a linen-cleaning service worthy of servicing a AAA Four Diamond resort. The Tribe’s answer was to create KLS. Kalispel Linen Services soon became the region’s experts in hotel and restaurant laundry cleaning services.
We also grew quickly and today specialize in cleaning linens for hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our 30,000-sq-ft. facility features eco-friendly machines with the highest energy-efficiency levels available. Our state-of-the-art technology, equipment and infrastructure also enable fewer manual processes. Plus, we can process up to 30 million lbs. of laundry annually to meet your highest volume demand.
